A strong brand identity is essential for a successful business.
After all, if no one knows who you are, how can they find you to buy from you?
But developing a strong brand identity takes time.
As an entrepreneur (and someone with ADHD), I know that time isn’t always on your side. You have to pick and choose where to spend your time and energy, and working on your brand identity might not always be at the top of the list, regardless of how important it is.
Luckily, I’ve experimented with and perfected some great hacks for developing, maintaining, and automating a strong brand identity WITHOUT spending a ton of time or money.
Here are 4 simple ways to automate your brand identity:
Batch social content with AI.
Use AI to generate social prompts, make your posts more engaging, or recycle previous content. You can even ask AI to use specific words or phrases that align with your brand voice.
Use Canva templates.
Canva is a great tool-use what it has to offer! Take their templates and swap out the colors to match your brand. You can even save your brand colors in your account in their “brand hub” section for easy access.
Build a content calendar in Notion.
Notion has built-in AI, making it a no-brainer for content creation teams, and you can collaborate with your team in one workspace. You can even schedule content to post right from the platform!
Create a brand deck.
This is a bit of a heavier lift, but so freaking worth it. Your brand deck should contain ALL brand things: who you are, your mission, your philosophy, what’s important to you, common phrases or verbiage (and what NOT to say), brand fonts and colors, and maybe the kitchen sink.
PRO TIP: Once you have this developed, you can easily add people to your team and share exactly what your brand is and what it’s about.
