Connecting many different systems to build a tech stack can be super exciting.
That is, until one piece of the stack breaks and you’re left trying to troubleshoot everything you built and figure out which data points still work and which need repair.
If you’re working with 2-3 systems, then it’s fairly simple to figure out where the problem is, fix it, and move on with your day.
If you’re working with 5-6 different systems, that’s a whole new story.
Fixing a break in your tech stack with that many systems can take hours, days, or sometimes even require outsourcing. Talk about a pain in the ass.
If this sounds like you, then it might be time to look into an all in one system, like Kajabi, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel (GHL). These big systems can help you cut down or completely eliminate everything else you’re currently using. Many of these systems offer:
Website hosting
Emailing/texting capabilities
Landing pages and lead funnels
Reputation management
Social scheduling
And more
Now, these systems can be a bit pricey, but if you have a decent customer base and some revenue, it might be worth it.
Here are four things to ask yourself as you look into investing in an all in one system:
How many systems are you currently using?
Like I said before, 2-3 systems is generally manageable on their own. Once you start trying to connect 5-6 systems, then you start running into bigger problems.
How much are you spending on all of your other systems combined?
Compare that number to the cost of a bigger system. If you’re spending hundreds of dollars on individual systems, then this might actually save you money in the long run.
Which all in one system best matches your needs?
No system can do EVERYTHING spectacularly. Every system has some strengths and some weaknesses. Make sure the system you’re choosing matches your skillset so you can easily manage it and troubleshoot it.
From there, you should be able to make an informed decision on which system is best for you and your business. We recently started using an all in one system, and let me tell you, it’s amazing to have everything in one place!
